Choose the Bolt on or Hanging mounting style shown in the product options. Center the topper and confirm that its planned position will not interfere with the mailbox door, flag, hinges, or postal access. Mark attachment points only after checking alignment. Use outdoor-rated fasteners appropriate for your mailbox material, tighten them securely without distorting the mailbox shell, and seal drilled penetrations when appropriate for the installation. If you are unsure which fasteners or method fit your mailbox, consult a qualified installer before drilling.
