Rusty Rooster Metal started in a 256-square-foot garage with a hobby plasma table and a lot of determination. Today, we work from a 2,800-square-foot shop in Sulphur, Oklahoma, where every piece is still handcrafted with pride.

For more than 18 years, we have helped customers turn names, addresses, family stories, favorite hobbies, and original ideas into metal signs made to last. From personalized home and ranch signs to custom business artwork and meaningful gifts, every order receives the same attention to detail.

Heavier American Steel

Most of our cut-steel signs are made from durable 16-gauge American steel. Selected designs offer 10-gauge steel, and our custom metal photo panels use 22-gauge steel. We offer powder-coated designs and full-color sublimation products. Materials, finishes, and recommended display locations vary, so check the individual product page before ordering.

Personalized and Custom Designs

Choose one of our existing designs and personalize it with a name, address, date, or wording. Most standard personalized orders ship within 1–3 business days. If you need completely original artwork, we will create a digital proof for your approval before we cut the steel.
