Shipping Rates

All orders receive free standard shipping within the United States and U.S. territories. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping Territories

We currently ship only within the United States and U.S. territories.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If your order will experience a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Fully custom designs may require additional time for artwork creation and proof approval before production begins.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@rustyroostermetal.com.

For damaged orders, include your order number and clear photographs of:

The damaged product
The shipping box and packaging
The shipping label

Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged product while we review the claim. Once the damage is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, remake, or refund.
