These Terms of Service apply to your use of rustyroostermetal.com and purchases from Rusty Rooster Fabrication & Design, doing business as Rusty Rooster Metal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.
Products and Custom Orders
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, and finishes accurately, but screens and handmade production may create minor variations. You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, sizes, and personalization details before ordering. Personalized and custom items are final sale once production begins, except when an item arrives damaged or defective.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, change, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or production limitations. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout applies to that order.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because production may begin soon after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations. Contact us immediately if you notice an order error; changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Returns, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Shipping rates, destinations, tracking, and damage or loss procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual Property
Website text, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Rusty Rooster Metal and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Third-Party Services
Our Shopify store may use third-party payment, shipping, personalization, and analytics services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rusty Rooster Metal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
